1. Acceptance of terms
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Pixi, a Discord bot, and the Pixi website (together, the "Service"). The Service is operated by Vishu ("we", "us"). By inviting Pixi to a server, using its commands, or visiting the website, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
2. The service
Pixi is a multipurpose Discord bot that provides moderation, automod, antinuke, welcome messages, autorole, tickets, giveaways, leveling, starboard, reaction roles, voice tools, invite tracking, logs, embed building, utility and fun commands, and other features. Features may be added, changed or removed over time.
3. Eligibility and Discord rules
You must be old enough to use Discord under Discord's own age requirements. Your use of Pixi must also follow the Discord Terms of Service and the Discord Community Guidelines. Discord's rules apply on top of these Terms.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to use Pixi or the Service to:
- Break any law or the rights of others
- Harass, threaten, or abuse other users, or spread hate speech
- Send spam, scams, malware or phishing links, or use Pixi to raise spam
- Attempt to hack, overload, reverse engineer or disrupt the bot or its infrastructure
- Abuse AI features to generate illegal, harmful, or sexually explicit content, or content that violates Discord's rules
- Use Pixi's moderation tools to target members unfairly or to harm them
- Resell, sublicense, or claim Pixi as your own product
We may restrict or block access for any server or user that breaks these rules.
5. Server owner responsibilities
If you invite Pixi to a server, you are responsible for how it is configured and used there. This includes setting correct permissions, choosing which features to enable, informing your members that Pixi is active, and making sure your moderation decisions follow your own server rules and applicable laws. Pixi acts on the settings you choose. Please test important settings, such as automod, antinuke and autorole, before relying on them.
6. AI features
Some Pixi features use third-party AI providers. When these features are used, the relevant message content is sent to those providers to generate a response. Responses are generated automatically and may be inaccurate, incomplete or inappropriate. Do not rely on AI output as professional, legal, medical or financial advice. You are responsible for reviewing AI output before acting on it.
7. Premium features
Core features of Pixi are free. Some features may be available only through a paid or premium plan. Where paid plans exist, pricing, billing and refund terms will be shown before purchase. Premium access may be changed or ended in line with the plan terms in effect at the time of purchase. Update this section once premium pricing and refund rules are final.
8. Availability and changes
We work to keep Pixi online and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. The bot may go offline for maintenance, updates or reasons outside our control. We may change, suspend or discontinue any feature at any time. We will try to give notice of major changes where practical.
9. Third-party services
Pixi relies on third-party services, including Discord, hosting providers, AI providers and other APIs. Those services have their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for their availability or their conduct.
10. Disclaimer
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that Pixi will be error-free, secure, or fit for a particular purpose.
11. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, including lost data, lost server content, or lost profits, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount, if any, you paid us for the Service in the twelve months before the claim.
12. Termination
You may stop using Pixi at any time by removing the bot from your server. We may suspend or terminate access if you break these Terms, or if continued access could harm the Service, other users, or third parties.
13. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top shows when the latest version took effect. Continued use of the Service after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
